I can highly recommend buying a car from here. I had never bought a car from anywhere bar a main dealer before but the experience of buying from Zack at Brooks was so straightforward, open, honest and easy that I wouldn’t hesitate in going back again.
The car I bought had quite a few paint defects and the alloys were all kerbed (that’s how it came in) Zack had no hesitation in getting them all sorted and to a very high standard too.
A couple of other issues with the car were sorted without any hassle too.
Zack kept up communication with me the whole time so I knew how things were progressing.
Zack really did go above and beyond in making sure the car I got was how I wanted it to be.

Purchased a car in June 2020, the car I enquired about had only just been put on for sale and because i’m not from around the area and was local for the few days. Zack pulled a few strings and got the car down to the dealership as the car was situated elsewhere before I needed to head back home. I got to test drive the car and did not feel pressured at all into buying the car which was great. Communication was great throughout and I got the car delivered when it was ready, free of charge! No problems at all with the car to date either, overall i’m very happy!

Sharing my experience with brook cars company recently. They are a small business however every process is well thought of from arranging viewing appointment to handover collection. Clean and tidy premises with COVID precautions in place. My best part of the deal is my new car, absolutely flawless BMW accurate description and prepared to a very high standard. We hope to return in a few years to upgrade our new car.

So I saw a car for sale on autotrader at Brook Car Company, the photos looked great and the description sounded really good, so I phoned to make an enquiry, Zack the director of the company was very helpful, I made an appointment for the following day, on arrival the company was part of a gated industrial complex, no posh showroom, more a storage area and an office, don't be put off by this, the quality of the vehicle was under stated in the advert if that's possible,Zacks knowledge of the car and the level of service that i recieved was what you would expect from a main dealership, would I recommend the Brook Car Company hell yes, 11 out of 10, thank you Zack for my new car, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Just want leave my review of Brook Cars Company. I found a car I like but was really nervous about going through a dealer as previous cars I brought were private so was not sure what to expect. Went ahead and viewed the car, I was able to check the car myself without the dealer intervening. I was given all the time i needed to check the car over and not once I felt pressured which was reassuring. I was able to test drive the car without any issues so went ahead to check the paper work, every questions asked and was answered confidently and honestly which made me more confident in my purchase. I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle, doing the paper work was such a breeze! Zack is the man! his not your typical sales person, his a genuine guy with a real passion of giving you the best car buying experience, he knows what his doing and you can trust him to take care of you! I had the care prepared, MOTed and cleaned so on the day of the collection car looked like it came out of the showroom! these guys are professionals, Id highly recommend Brook Cars to anyone!

Great experience buying a lovely BMW, they have some great cars for sale at very decent prices, I received a very fair price for my px & due to me having to remove my private plate they were still more than willing to complete the deal & wait for the V5 whilst I drove away in my new car. Highly recommended & I’ll definitely look at them again when it’s time to change cars in the future👍
